This study contains thirty-three modules, based on the book of "The Acts of the Apostles" in the New Testament section of the Bible. This book describes how the early church was inaugurated, empowered and transformed as it grew rapidly under the dynamic leadership of brave men and women of God, filled with the Holy Spirit. It documents the first thirty-three years of the life of the church as it grew from a handful of believers, initially hiding behind locked doors in Jerusalem, frightened of the religious authorities, into a network that reached to the ends of the known world. Known today simply as "The Church" or "Body of Christ", it has remapped people and society, wherever men and women have been bold enough to preach the good news about Jesus Christ.
